5. Functional Technologies
Functional technologies can support optional website features and preferences. No optional functional technologies are currently identified in the verified PeopleEvo website inventory.
6. Analytics Technologies
PeopleEvo uses Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors interact with the public PeopleEvo website and to help improve website performance and experience. These optional analytics technologies are not required for core website operation and are activated only when a visitor grants Analytics consent through PeopleEvo Cookie Preferences.
Google Analytics is treated separately from advertising technologies such as Google Ads. Granting Analytics consent does not, by itself, grant Marketing consent or activate advertising technologies.
Visitors can withdraw or change Analytics consent at any time through Cookie Preferences in the site footer. If Analytics consent is not granted, PeopleEvo does not activate Google Analytics collection for the visitor under the website's consent implementation.

Where implemented, Meta Conversions API may process a normalized and SHA-256 hashed account email address for eligible conversion events when Marketing consent is granted. This server-side processing is used for conversion matching, measurement, and attribution, and does not use Customer workforce data, employee records, leave data, reports, or other Customer Data.
8. Managing Cookie Preferences
Visitors can accept all optional categories, reject non-essential technologies, or manage individual optional categories. Choices can be changed at any time using Cookie Preferences in the site footer.
Strictly Necessary technologies cannot be disabled through the preference manager because they support essential website operation and security.
9. Browser Controls
Most browsers also allow visitors to block or delete cookies. Doing so may affect necessary website functionality or cause the PeopleEvo cookie-consent banner to reappear.

We may update this Cookie Policy when the technologies we use or related practices change. The current version and effective date will be shown at the top of this page.
