Manage which employees participate in Leave Management directly from their employee record.
More control over who participates in Leave Management
You can now manage an employee’s participation in Leave Management directly from their employee details.
Authorized users can assign eligible employees to Leave Management or remove employees who no longer need to participate. The employee’s Leave Management status also shows whether they are currently available to participate and displays your current employee capacity usage.
If an employee cannot be removed because they have unresolved Leave activity, PeopleEvo will let you know what needs attention first. Clear guidance is also provided when employee capacity has been reached or exceeded.
Removing an employee from Leave Management does not delete their employee record or existing Leave history.
This update gives you greater control over Leave participation while keeping employee records and Leave Management separate.
