We've improved historical Leave Management reporting to make past leave activity easier to understand and help you distinguish reliable figures from unavailable historical information.

  • Absence Trends: Improved reporting of historical absences and team attribution.
  • Team Capacity & Coverage: A historical evidence view showing available information and explaining where capacity figures cannot be reliably determined.
  • CSV Exports: Historical capacity exports now include evidence status and explanations for unavailable information.

Important to know

Some historical figures may display as Unavailable when there isn't enough information to calculate them reliably. This helps prevent misleading results.

Current-period reports continue to work as before, and no action is required.
